Sorrie Fishie im gonna leave this group cos I wanna make a new one no hard feelings <3

PS if it makes you feel better I am planning on going on a vegetarian or vegan diet for 3 days so I can loose a bit of my double chin. Plus so I can get to like veggies more for when I do become one when I am older.

Nope, nothing but negative calorie food for 3 days. That means nothing but celery, apples, pineapples, etc for breakfeash lunch and dinner. Well, maybe plain pasta with no sauce on it will be in some meals to fill me up.

I am sure you know what negative calorie food is, right?
